We met a new Team Member her name is Alyssa. What a Sweetheart. A Warm Smile. A Cheerful Bright Attitude. She makes me want to come back. She brought the order to my car and was So Accommodating. All of Sean's Staff are Wonderful. And the food? Come on!!!! Dynamite!!!!

Me and my son love coming here for our milkshakes. He has braces and every time he sees his dentist, they give him a free shake coupon. (counter active I know lol) I love the multiple different sizes they have. Snack sized up to "my boyfriend dumped me and took my dog" size.

Scoopers is a hidden gem in the Reno/Sparks area. Their food is always good and affordable. The one in Sparks is a drive in situation but they have a small indoor seating area too. Their milkshakes are the best ! I don't usually like sweets, but I can never help myself when I go to Scoopers. I always have to get one. Everyone is always so friendly and nice.

My husband was craving a classic diner burger and scoopers had great reviews so we decided to give it a try! When we got there, there was no line. You park your car and you order at the window. I ordered a double cheeseburger and my husband ordered the half pound burger. I asked the cashier if she liked their fries and she said yes but well done is better so I said I'll have that and a chocolate banana milkshake. They said they'd bring our food to our car which was nice. We got in our car and waiting like 3 minutes and our food was delivered to us! Such quick service and nice staff members! Our burgers tasted fresh, the fries were perfect saltiness and crisp and the milkshake was the best one I've ever had! Had bits of fresh banana and it was thick and creamy! 10/10 recommend the shakes! They have too many flavors to choose from!

Got the bullseye burger and it was great! I was iffy about it because im usually a bacon cheese burger girl but tried it out and it was actually great! 10/10 Got family size fries, which was freshly made 10/10 & also got chocolate & coffee milkshakes which were also good, customer service was good, kind of fast paced but they also bring your order to your car or wherever you are. Give you enough ketchup packets and napkins too to enjoy the food in the car! I had to run back & give them their tip after tasting how good the food was

I ordered a grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich, onion rings and a peach mango milkshake. Everything was so delicious the chicken was tender and just a lil bit salty for my taste, the onion rings were so crunchy and OMG I was amazed by the variety of flavors they have for the milkshakes. They were super nice to give us recommendations and let us think a little about what flavors do we want for our shakes. I'm definitely going back to try more milkshake flavors :)

As always we love Scoopers! My husband and I had our first date here five years ago and we continue to go back. The workers are always kind and service is fast! We love coming up with new milkshake flavors. The current favorites are lemon, boysenberry, cheesecake and peanut oreo.

I have been here in person, and I know the service is good. So is the ambiance. A nice old fashioned drive in. This review is about a recent order, which I did via DoorDash. It was for my mom. She didn't want what we were having for dinner so I asked her what she wanted. She said a burger and shake. I wanted to review somewhere I haven't done before, so I chose Scoopers. Plus, mom has never tried them. And I wanted her to have the best milkshakes in town! I ordered the Orange Creme because she loves that flavor and it isn't offered anywhere. Scoopers has so many flavors so I knew that was a win. She wanted a small burger, so I got the single. And she doesn't care much for plain fries so I got the chili cheese fries, which made her very happy! I know from past visits that the food is awesome! This time I can compliment the selection choice and how it helps to feed a picky eater! Highly recommend this family friendly place.

Came here on a friday night around 6-6:30 ish? We walked from the nugget casino hotel and it was a pretty quick walk, like 10-15 minutes which is convenient. They have a decent line but it moves and they have menus everywhere so u can easily pick and choose what you want to order. The lady who took our order was sooooo sweet and awesome. We ended up ordering a combo with quarter pounder, med cheesecake shake and med fries and another quarter pounder. Total came out to be around 16 + tip so 18 which is pretty good. I also checked in so we got a free soft serve and it was bigggg!!! Food came out in ten minutes which is quick. First impression, the fries werent as big as i expected for a med? And burger was pretty decent sized. Burger was decent, was filling, but i feel like it was mainly bread lol. It would def be muchhhh better if the bun was toasted but i didnt mind that much. Also cheese costs .90 cents extra! But we didnt know until after lol but wtv. Fries were solid, i appreciate that they were actually crunchy and were lightly salted to a good amount so it was good. The cheesecake shake just tasted like the soft serve... so wasnt that cheesecakey?? Idk they have sooooo many diff flavors tho which is honestly so cool and i want to try all of them lol. Overall place is cool. Seems like a place that has been here forever and all the locals come and drop by and stuff. Would def come back again if i visit reno again and try and diff shake flavor and other stuff. They have a lot of options and diff foods which is super cool and theyre rly friendly!
